Dr. Moiz Ahmed
Dr. Ahmed completed his residency in Family Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center- Houston. He went on to complete his fellowship from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champagne Carle Foundation Hospital in Geriatrics.
Wanting to practice in Texas, Dr. Ahmed worked as a Primary Care and Urgent Care physicains, along with being the Director to Home Base Primary Care at the VA Hospital in Temple, TX. Dr. Ahmed moved back to Houston to work with Harris Health for 2 years. Than merging with UT Physicians for the next 3 years as faculty members for the Department of Internal Medicine and Family Practice.
In 2016 Dr. Ahmed decided to open his own practice- Grand Medical Clinic in Cinco Ranch, Katy, Texas.
Dr. Ahmed is certified to manage a majority of health care concerns, including chronic diseases like diabetes, hypertension, respiratory infections, and allergies.
In his spare time Dr. Ahmed enjoys gardening, spending time with his family and watching movies.
He is fluent in English, Urdu, and Hindi.
